Fitness Friday is what we will be doing every Friday during the Summer Blitz.
We will be celebrating all things you and how to be fit – body, mind and soul.
We often think of fitness as just a physical thing.
But true fitness is the whole package.
And this often gets overlooked. We focus on only one aspect of our health and wellness and not all of them.
Mostly because we do not feel we have the time to do it all.
That fitness – on any level – takes time and money and huge commitment.
It does not.
In the coming weeks I will be sharing with you a total body-mind-soul workout that I have created.
What is great is that you can do this for 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour – it doesn’t matter, the benefits are huge.
So join me every Friday for specific fitness tips and motivation and inspiration!
You CAN do the things you want to do in your life, you CAN move forward and it CAN be fun and not suck up all your time and resources.
